The department of Communications and Marketing provides an integrated marketing / communications framework in support of college reputation and brand management. The incumbent provides organizational leadership on reputation management through a highly service-oriented, in-house “consultancy” that works with members of the college community as clients. This involves learning the business and priorities of key college administrative and educational projects and programs requiring marketing and communications support to build a niche in the educational landscape as well as supporting the college’s corporate communications function to further the objectives of major college plans. The means to achieve this is through long term integrated marketing and communications strategy that is grounded in strategy and planning using both communications methodology and integrated tactics.
